State worker calls on union leaders to 'force the state to honor our contract'

Here's an email from state employee Paul Warrick to SEIU Local 1000 leaders regarding the 5-percent pay reduction that union and Brown administration negotiators have been discussing since June 9. Incumbent Yvonne Walker has won re-election as president of SEIU Local 1000 over challenger Tim Chaney.
