May 17, 2011: Bradwhaw joined consulting firm California Strategies LLC.

Bradshaw is a board member of the Little Hoover Commission and is vice chairwoman of the Partnership for the San Joaquin Valley.

Bradshaw served as cabinet secretary and deputy chief of staff under former governors Pete Wilson and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Bradshaw also served in the administration of former Gov. Gray Davis.

Bradshaw served as the state's labor commissioner and director of the California Employment Development Department.

Nov. 13, 2009: Bradshaw was appointed Secretary of the Labor and Workforce Development Agency (LWDA) by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
