April 15, 2008: Rogers named as staff director for Senator Dave Cogdill (R-SD14) after Cogdill replaced outgoing Senate Republican leader Dick Ackerman (R-SD33).
May 2007 - April 2008: Chief of Staff to Rep. John Doolittle (R-CD4, Roseville). Rogers replaced Richard Robinson.
Previously, Rogers worked for the Sacramento political consulting firm of Russo Marsh & Rogers.
