Chriss Street reported that on April 14, 2012 that Orange County suffering severe cash flow crisis following resignation of County Auditor-Controller and his Assisitant. Street blamed John Moorlach, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County and Shari Friedenrich, Orange County Treasurer, for secretly using payroll and savings deposits of local schools and outside agencies in a risking and illiquid $518 million interest rate wager to try to make $35 milion profit to rescue Orange County budget shortfall.
