Aug. 2010: Fabiani was hired by Lance Armstrong as a communications expert. Armstrong faces federal allegations that he illegally used performance enhancing drugs.

Jan. 2009: Fabiani co-founded LFM Campaigns, a consulting firm expected shape to non-partisan ballot initiative campaigns. Other founders include: democratic consultants Chris Lehane and Ace Smith; republican consultants Steve Schmidt and Adam Mendelsohn.

2000: Fabiani was deputy campaign communications director for Al Gore's presidential campaign.

As a lawyer, Fabiani was former special counsel to President Bill Clinton.
