January 2012: Inclan was named director of Hispanic outreach for the Republican National Committee.

-- Inclan served as a spokeswoman and executive director of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly.

-- She was a member of the White House Bi-Partisan Council for Immigration Reform and has worked closely with the Republican National Committee’s Hispanic Advisory Board.

-- Inclan served as the communications director for the U.S. House Republican Policy Committee and worked with U.S. Rep. Thaddeus McCotter (R-MI) and Rep. Lincoln Diaz-Balart (R-FL).

-- In 2005 Inclan made The Hill's list of top 50 hotties in 2005.
