Daily news headlines delivered to your email box: Every weekday you will receive a morning and afternoon email (mornings only on weekends) with the latest news articles and blog posts important to California politics. View the latest sample from Sept. 2 4:59 pm.

Bill tracking: Find and track bills important to you. You can write your own bill summaries, mark your positions and and attach files to any bill you track.

Editable pages: You can keep information current about people you work with. When you are logged-in, the pages for each person have an "edit this" link (its usually orange) that will let you make changes to the information in that section of the page.

Blog: All TotalCapitol.com members can write a blog. The link is on your member home page.

Twitter directory: All TotalCapitol.com members can update Twitter names for people in our database.

Calendar: All TotalCapitol.com members can contribute to our database of events. The link is on your member home page.

Faster search: A "hinted" list of people appears when searching for people names.

Story relevance tool: You can remove news articles from pages that appear by error (story contains the name of the wrong person).

Legislator staff rosters: On legislator pages, you can edit the list of office staffers.
