Yes: "They already have. The budget enacted in February simultaneously included the 2009-10 fiscal year."
No: "I predict more partisan bickering and all-night sessions even way beyond the deadline."
No: "Labor Day will be closer to the truth"
No: "None of the legislators has the courage to take a balanced approach. 50% program cuts and 50% elimination of excess tax cuts (like the Enterprise Zone Tax Credits or elimination of the mortgage interest deduction for anything other than one's principal residence). I am a Republican and I support a balance approach."
